As a Charter Member of his church, he served many years as the accounts receivable treasurer.Shelton is survived by his wife Judy, brother Robert (Faye) Raybon, nephew Dr. Stepsons Kent (Gina) and Clint (Belinda) Newsome and Elizabeth and Daniel, grandchildren Amaret (Miguel), Cassie (Robert), Jessica and Kyle and five great grandchildren Aiden, Autumn, Landon, Leonardo and Fernando whom he adored.His mother-in-law Della Studt, brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob (Elaine) Studt, Mary Lou (Tony) Urban, Roger (Diane) Studt, Peggy (Tim) Boysen, Lucy (Kim) Halverson, Lavonne Miller and 13 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Karcher Church of the Nazarene.
Private family graveside was held at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery prior to the services.
Hall William “Bill” Boyle was born on January 2, 1929 to Everett and Pauline Boyle in Vivian, South Dakota.
In 1951, Bill married his first wife, Welma Jean Wilkerson, in Kentucky, and they had five children. Army as a paratrooper during the Korean Conflict from 1951-1952 and was a member of the American Legion.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Wendell, North Carolina for Shelton Whitley Raybon who passed away Friday, July 7 surrounded by his loving wife and family.
The graveside services followed at Zebulon, North Carolina.The son of James and Jewell Raybon, he was born November 15, 1938 and grew up in North Carolina.Shelton spent his life working in rock quarries in the south and retired from Wake Stone Corporation.In 1978, he married his second wife, Eula Joyce Boyle, in Nampa. He farmed for over 10 years, in Draper, South Dakota.He was a long-haul owner-operator truck driver and instructor for over 35 years. One of his favorite pastimes was to sit and listen to his children and grandchildren talk.Bill is survived by his wife, Joyce of Caldwell; children, Gregory (Jackie) Boyle of Draper, SD, Gary Boyle of Gillette, WY, Tony (Judy) Boyle of Constantine, MI, Bonny (Jack) Anfinson of Lead, SD, and Marie Boyle of Gillette, WY; step-children, Maria (Jerry) Coatney of Meridian, Christopher (Sandra) Pierce of Caldwell, Patrick (Jennifer) Pierce of Caldwell, and Sabine Pierce of Nampa; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Howard Boyle of Rapid City, SD, John (Bonnie) Boyle of Lindsborg, KS, and Hazel Styles of CA; sisters-in-law, Betty Boyle of Spearfish, SD and Janet Boyle of Vivian, SD. Borah age 60 of Halstad, MN died July 9, 2016 at the Halstad Living Center in Halstad, MN. Borah were held Thursday, July 14, 2016 at West-Kjos Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes, MN.
